During bedtime prayers last week:
9 year old son G: "Dear Jesus, thank you for making me the way I am. I love the way you've made me, and I love being me."
My heart sang when I heard that! How grateful I am that he loves being himself, and how I pray that his confidence will always be rooted in who he is in Christ.
